About Water Patio
Built in 1891 by architect Thomas F Houghton, this building served as a factory setting for almost a century. Changing hands over the 1900s, this building has hosted factories creating anything from steam fittings to wheelbarrows to smoking pipes and accessories. This building is a fantastic example of the American Round Arch style, and the exterior is largely unaltered from its original design. Seated next to the Manhattan Bridge, and overlooking the Pearl Street Triangle, the Water Patio location provides beautiful views of the sights around Brooklyn. With a tiled rooftop and black wrought iron bistro sets for seating, this location is perfect for shooting any upscale photos or movie scenes.
