Seret Studios only accepts our own location agreements. However, your legal department can make changes if needed–simply highlight the change and we will revise the document. Both parties must agree with and sign the location agreement.
Yes– A General Liability insurance with our name as an additional insured, is required before you can film in all of our locations. Each location has its own entity and we will be more than happy to provide that information to you while you are booking your shoot.
We require a signed agreement, a certificate of insurance under our name as an additional insured, the booking fee and the refundable security deposit to book any one of our locations. All of these must be delivered at least 48 hours before the shoot.
Yes! We understand that sometimes more than one viewing is necessary to make set-up plans and we would be happy to schedule additional viewings of the space you booked. Just contact us and we schedule you in.

Yes, you may wire your payment.
If the payment is made by check, we suggest there be 2 checks written: one for the booking fee and another for the refundable security deposit. That way the refundable security deposit can be returned by the end of the day or the end of the day following the shoot. If the payment and the security deposit is one check, it can take up to 30 days to be returned to your company. This is also the same with money wiring.

67 West Street: 112″ deep x 67 3/4″ wide x 95 3/4″ high x 118 3/4″ cross diagonal x 167 1/4″ deep diagonal
240 Kent Avenue: 80″ deep x 60″ wide x 96″ high
53 Bridge Street: 63″ deep x 75″ wide x 92″ high – Door Dimensions: 54″ wide x 96″ high
68 Jay Street: 66″ deep x 78″ wide x 126″ high ( first 12″ is 96″ high ) – Door Dimensions: 51″ wide x 84″ high
We can work with you if you need any additional time! If you need more than the twelve hour limit that a day booked is considered, contact us and we will work with you.
12 hours is considered a full day.
No, Seret Studios does not provide furniture or props. The only exception to this is is the location itself is a staged location.
Yes, Seret Studios provide both AC and heat.
For the most part, yes! Most of our locations have access to the internet. In rare cases, some of our locations do not. Check out their building profiles to make sure or feel free to ask the Seret Studio representative with whom you’ve booked your shoot with.
Yes–while we have preferred caterers, they are just that preferred. We do not require you to use any of the caterers on our list, so feel free to use any caterer you would like.
Either the person that booked your shoot or the manager of the location you are shooting in will be on-site to assist you and your crew. We try to make the pre-production process very organized to make sure that your shooting day goes as smoothly as possible.
No, we do not provide any equipment.
We are generally not responsible for any equipment or items left overnight in any of our facilities. However, it is possible to coordinate with us and our security team if you would like to leave things overnight.
Yes–all of our locations are qualified as Stage 1 production facility. Coming soon to Greenpoint, a level two sound stage!
